The first step is a private briefing at our Punawale studio. You can initiate this by completing the project questionnaire on our Contact page, or by calling us directly on +91 86400 25656. We typically respond within 24 hours to schedule your consultation. The briefing is complimentary and by prior appointment only.
We specialise in luxury residential interiors — primarily 3BHK, 4BHK, duplex apartments, penthouses, and independent villas across Pune. We also offer a Signature Spaces service for clients wishing to elevate a specific zone of their home, such as an entrance foyer or walk-in wardrobe, without a full redesign.
Yes. We actively take projects across Pune's premium residential corridors — including Baner, Balewadi, Hinjewadi, Aundh, Pimple Saudagar, and Bavdhan. Our project manager is present on-site at all key milestones regardless of location within Pune.
Absolutely. We encourage prospective clients to visit our studio in Punawale before making any commitment. The studio visit is part of our initial private briefing — it gives you an opportunity to see our material library, review past project documentation, and meet the team in person. All visits are by prior appointment.
Process & Timeline
A full 3BHK turnkey project typically takes 3–4 months from design sign-off to key handover. Larger villas and penthouses may take 5–7 months depending on scope and structural complexity. We provide a detailed project schedule at the end of Phase 2 (Concepts) so you have full visibility from the start.
Our process has five phases: (1) The Private Briefing — understanding how you live; (2) Spatial Choreography — layout, concepts, and material direction; (3) High-Fidelity Visualisation — photorealistic 3D renders and technical drawings; (4) Precision On-Site Execution — supervised build with weekly reporting; (5) The Grand Unveiling — quality inspection, styling, and key handover. You can read more on our D' Process page.
You receive a structured weekly progress report every Friday — covering site photography, milestone updates, material procurement status, and the plan for the following week. Your dedicated project manager is also available via phone for any questions between reports.
Minor refinements can be accommodated in the early execution phase. Significant structural or layout changes after approval may affect timelines and budgets — these are assessed case by case and documented formally. Our investment in thorough briefing and visualisation phases is specifically designed to minimise the need for changes during execution.
Pricing & Budget
Our fee structure is clearly presented in your project contract before any work begins. We charge a design fee for the creative and documentation phases, and a project management fee for the execution phase. There are no hidden charges or undisclosed margins on materials — everything is itemised and transparent.
We work within a budget framework agreed at the briefing stage. We will tell you honestly if your aspirations exceed your stated budget — and we will work with you to prioritise intelligently rather than compromise on the elements that matter most. We do not proceed to the design phase without a clearly agreed budget framework.
Yes, completely. Every material we specify is documented with source, grade, and unit cost. You receive an itemised procurement sheet before we place any order. We do not add undisclosed margins on materials — our income comes from our clearly stated fees, not from material markups.
Design & Execution
Yes — this is a core part of our process. Before any execution begins, you will have approved photorealistic 3D renders of every key space in your home. These renders capture material textures, lighting conditions, and spatial proportions with a level of accuracy that leaves very little to the imagination.
Yes — under our Turnkey Execution service, we take full ownership of all civil work, contractor coordination, material procurement, and installation supervision. You are not required to manage any vendor or contractor directly. One contract, one point of contact, zero coordination burden on the client.
We source from a carefully maintained network of domestic and international suppliers — including Italian marble, European hardware brands, premium lacquer and veneer suppliers, and luxury fabric houses. Our material library is continuously updated, and every specification is made with both aesthetic and long-term durability in mind.
Our design team is personally present on site at every critical installation milestone — we do not outsource site supervision. All work passes through our internal 100-point quality inspection before the handover walkthrough is scheduled. We do not consider a project complete until every surface, fitting, and finish meets the standard we committed to at the design stage.
After Handover
Specific warranty terms for materials, furniture, and civil work are detailed in your project contract. Generally, we offer a structured post-handover snag resolution period and guidance on maintenance of all luxury finishes. Manufacturer warranties on appliances and hardware are passed through to you in full.
Our relationship does not end at key handover. We remain available for snag resolution and minor adjustments during the post-handover support period defined in your contract. For issues arising after this period, we assess each case individually — our reputation depends on the long-term performance of every project we deliver.
At handover, you receive a Home Maintenance Guide specific to your project — covering recommended cleaning methods, products to avoid, and maintenance schedules for each finish type used in your home. This includes guidance on marble, lacquer, veneer, upholstery, and any smart systems installed.
We would be honoured. The majority of our new projects come through referrals from existing clients — which we consider the highest form of endorsement. Please ask the person you're referring to mention your name when they reach out, and we will ensure they receive our full personal attention from the first conversation.
