The Private Briefing

Know Your Goals

Every D' Forte project begins with a private consultation at our Punawale studio. This is not a sales meeting — it is a listening session. We ask questions about how you live, how your family moves through space, what you find beautiful, and what you find frustrating about your current home.

Spatial Choreography & Concepts

Design Direction

With the brief in hand, our design team develops the spatial concept — restructuring layouts, defining ceiling planes, and establishing the material and colour direction for each zone of your home.

You receive a concept presentation that includes floor plan proposals, mood boards, and primary material directions. This is where your vision begins to take its first tangible form.

High-Fidelity Visualisation

See It Before We Build It

Before a single wall is touched, you will have seen your completed home in photorealistic detail. Our visualisation team produces room-by-room 3D renders that capture material textures, lighting conditions, and spatial proportions with a level of accuracy that leaves nothing to the imagination.

Alongside the renders, we prepare complete technical documentation — electrical layouts, plumbing schematics, civil modification drawings — ready for contractor execution.

Precision On-Site Execution

Build With Accountability

Execution begins only after all designs and specifications have been fully approved. Our project manager takes complete ownership of the site — coordinating civil contractors, supervising artisans, tracking material deliveries, and ensuring that every element is installed exactly as designed.

You receive a structured weekly progress report with site photography, milestone updates, and a clear view of what is happening on your project at all times.

The Grand Unveiling

Move In, Stress-Free

The final phase is our favourite. Before we invite you for your handover walkthrough, your home undergoes a comprehensive 100-point quality inspection, professional deep cleaning, final lighting calibration, and complete accessory and art styling.

When you walk through your door for the first time, everything is in its place. The home is ready to be lived in — immediately, completely, and exactly as you imagined it.

We believe financial clarity is as important as design clarity. Our payment structure is structured around project milestones — you only pay when we deliver.

To Book D' Forte

Paid at the time of signing the project agreement. This initiates site measurement, project timeline planning, and design meetings.

To Place Orders

Paid after final design approval and quotation sign-off. This releases procurement — materials, furniture, and manufacturing orders are placed.

During Execution

Paid at the wood work completion milestone — covering false ceiling, electrical, and structural work phases on site.

At Handover

The final payment is made only after your 100-point quality inspection walkthrough is complete and you are satisfied with the delivery.

Questions About Our Process

Project timelines depend on scope. A full 3BHK turnkey project typically takes 3–4 months from design sign-off to handover. Larger villas and penthouses may take 5–7 months. We provide a detailed project schedule at the end of Phase 2 so you have complete visibility from the start.
Minor refinements can be accommodated during the early execution phase. However, significant structural or layout changes after approval may affect timelines and budgets. We invest heavily in the briefing and concept phases specifically to ensure that the approved design is one you are fully confident in — which minimises change requests during execution.
Complete transparency is non-negotiable for us. Every material we specify is documented with source, grade, and unit cost. You receive an itemised procurement sheet before we place any order. There are no hidden margins on materials — our fee structure is clearly stated in your contract from day one.
Yes. We actively work across Pune's premium residential corridors — including Baner, Balewadi, Hinjewadi, Aundh, and Pimple Saudagar. For projects in these areas, our project manager is present on-site at every key stage. Distance within Pune does not affect our supervision standard.
We provide a structured post-handover support period covering snag resolution and minor adjustments. Specific warranty terms for materials, furniture, and civil work are detailed in your project contract. We also remain available for maintenance guidance on luxury finishes — because the relationship does not end at key handover.
